ALpha-t Return Policy

Our shipping service is via DHL. We strive to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible, usually within one business day. If you order before 11:00 PM, you'll often receive your package the next day! If you haven't received your order after four days, please contact our customer service. We offer free shipping on all products within the Benelux.

DHL will deliver your package to the address you provided. If delivery is not possible, DHL will try to leave the package with your neighbor or return at a later time. The date and time of the second attempt depend on the time of the first attempt. If you are not present during the second attempt, you will find a notification in your mailbox with information about the nearest DHL Service Point where you can collect your package. You have one week to collect the package, otherwise it will be returned.

You don't need to be home to receive your package. Choose to have it delivered to a DHL Service Point of your choice. You decide when you pick it up. There's always a DHL Point nearby. If you don't pick it up within a week, it will be returned.

You have 14 days to return your purchase after receiving the products. Download and print the withdrawal form from our website. Once you have indicated your intention to return the products, they must be returned to Alpha-T.nl within 30 days.
